I am sure every elementary school teacher across the nation has a binder where they collect the hilarious, unintended humor of their young writers and artists. I imagine, too, that parents also have a special place for the funnier doodles that come from their child's backpacks. I know when my seniors worked with kindergarteners in Kentucky, some of the art work and misspellings would keep us guessing, glowing, and laughing for many days.
In a quick search of the internet, "Hilarious Children Art" or "Funny Drawings By Kids" 1000s of images come up. There are also websites dedicated to this phenomenon of 'mothers at work' and 'alter boys.' Let it be know that community is build through such humor and it is good to know that every child has his or her moment of incredible Picasso inspiration and real-life insight. Today's post is a shout out to the brilliance of the young mind and a call for everyone to encourage young people to create more. These are the memorabilia that will be held onto for an eternity.
